摘 要: 将牡蛎(Crassostrea gigas)暴露于不同浓度的氯化三丁基锡(TBTCl),96 h后取样,测定牡蛎组织碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性和血细胞的吞噬作用。结果表明,随着TBTCl浓度的增加AKP活性呈现先降低后升高的趋势,而SOD的活性呈逐渐降低的趋势,TBTCl对血细胞的吞噬作用具有抑制效应。 Crassostrea gigas were exposed in tributyltin chloride(TBTCl) of different levels for 96 h and the tissue samples and blood were collected to use to study the alkaline phosphatase(AKP) activity,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and haemocyte phagocytosis.The results showed that the activities of AKP were inhibited by low levels of TBTCl exposed,and were induced by high levels of TBTCl exposed.The activities of SOD were inhibited after exposure to all levels of TBTCl in this test.Haemocyte phagocytosis was decreased with increasing levels of TBTCl.
