呼肠孤病毒草鱼肾脏的病理变化观察
The pathological changes of reovirus-effected kidney of grass carp

摘  要: 研究呼肠孤病毒草鱼肾脏感染后肾脏的病理变化。用常规(HE)染色方法观察草鱼在感染呼肠孤病毒后的病理改变,透射电镜观察感染呼肠孤病毒的草鱼肾脏的显微结构变化结果,临床上感染后的草鱼出现严重出血变化,7 d出现死亡并达到最高峰,死亡率为85%,H.E染色发现肾小管上皮和血管细胞严重变性、坏死,肾小球萎缩和基膜的间隙增大,部分肾小球细胞固缩坏死,细胞脱落形成大的空洞;透射电镜下,肾脏含有呼肠孤病毒粒子,肾脏血管上皮细胞内线粒体严重肿胀,嵴断裂,甚至溶解成囊泡状;肾脏中有嗜中性白细胞大量聚集。结论:草鱼肾脏是呼肠孤病毒易感染的器官也是该病毒的靶器官。 Pathological changes of the kidney of reovirus grass carp were researched in infectious periods by using the common HE dyeing method and the changes of microstucture of the kidney of reovirus grass carp was observed with transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results showed that GCRV873-infected grass carp appeared to have a serious hemorrhagic symptom and died and reached the death peak in 7 days.The mortality was up to 85%.Meanwhile,serious degeneration and necrosis in renal tubular epithelium and blood vessel cells and atrophy in renal corpuscle gradually developed and the gap between the basement membrane became larger.With such development,condensation and necrosis of the parts of renal corpuscle cells emerged with dell drop and cavity formation.Under TEM,mitochondria in renal tubular epithelium cells of infected grass carp was found greatly increase,the kidney was found seriously swell,the ridges become fractured or even dissolved and many neutrophils gathered in the kidney. It is concluded that the kidney of grass carp is the easily infected organ and the target of reovirus.
