摘　　要： 基于供应链的库存管理一直是零售业经营管理中的一个重要环节。零售商要降低库存成本、最大化利润,必须具有一定的库存管理方法或机制;而要将这些方法或机制应用于实际,必须具有简单方便的操作方式。因此,本文建立了基于供应链的多级库存管理协调系统,在保证数据安全性的基础上,可定期检查各级库存的货物水平,并据此协调分配生产完的货物,实现了多级库存的自助管理与协调,大大提高了服务水平,降低了管理成本和库存成本,提高了供应链的盈利能力。 Supply chain inventory management plays an important role in operation management of retail industry.To achieve the goal of maximizing profits while reducing inventory costs,retailers must apply some methods or systems of inventory management.These methods or systems must have a simple and convenient mode of operation in real practice.Therefore,this paper builds a coordination system based on the multi-level inventory management in supply chain.And this system can achieve a multi-level self-management and coordination while ensuring data security through a regular inspection on all levels of inventory status and an accordingly coordinate distribution strategy for newly finished goods.The application of this system can be used to greatly reduce the management and inventory costs,and to significantly improve the supply chain.
