摘　　要： 高职院校教学质量监控与评价体系是教学管理的关键之处,注重创新才能有效提高教学质量。为此就教学质量监控与评价体系创新进行专门探讨,在现实意义、基本理念、主要内容、实施环节方面提出一些新观点、新思路、新要求。 Teaching quality monitoring and evaluating system is the key point in teaching management,which can be effectively improved with focus on innovation.This paper discusses the innovation in the above system and puts forward some innovative opinions,guiding line and requirements in terms of practical significance,fundamental theory,main content and implementation.
