摘　　要： 讨论了电视节目自动编播系统（ＡＰＳ）的设计与实现。该系统大大提高了节目制作的效率，可以直接播出节目，特别适合于播出一些如广告之类的短小而又要不断重复播出的节目，并且安全可靠。 Design of the APS is discussed in this thesis. With the APS, the effiCiency of program-making is improved and TV programs canbe broadcasted directly, it is especially fit for safely and reliably broadcasting some short and frequently repeated Programmes such asadvertisement.
