摘　　要： 刑事法庭调查的问答双方权势不平等,问者通过问语控制答者,从而控制信息。过程控制是问语控制的重要方式,其信息流动规律值得研究。本文提出研究庭审问答过程控制的理论框架,说明过程控制的种类,用法律语篇信息成分分析方法在句际层面分析了其中的信息流动现象,发现"过程"、"个体"和"环境"信息成分的流动使语篇信息得到增生,信息流向得到控制。本文将为法官、公诉人和辩护律师掌控问答过程提供问话策略和技巧方面的参考。 There are asymmetrical power relations between a questioner and a responder in a criminal court investigation. The questioner controls the responder by asking questions and further controls information. Process control is an important way of control by questions. This article studies the pattern of information flow in process control by presenting a theoretical framework for exploring process control in courtroom question-response, identifying the types of process control and analyzing its inter-sentence development of information. Legal discourse information elements are regarded as the units of information flow. It is found that advancement of Process elements, summary, change and addition of entity elements, replacement of Process by entity as well as flow of environment elements all contribute to increment of discourse information and control of the direction of information flow. It is hoped that this article can serve as a reference for judges, public prosecutors and defenders on questioning strategy and skills for controlling courtroom question-response process.
