摘　　要： 目前,我国城镇化正处于加速发展的阶段,也是城镇化风险日益凸现的阶段,借鉴国外城镇化风险防范的经验和教训,有利于促进我国城镇化又好又快发展。国外城镇化风险防范提供的主要经验和教训是市场机制的基础作用和政府调控的主导作用都不可忽视;城镇化水平应当与经济发展水平相适应;农业、农村的发展是推动城镇化又好又快发展的基本前提;城市病问题应当尽早化解,否则后患无穷。 At present,China is in the period of urbanization acceleration and urbanization risk exposure. Therefore,learning the experience and lessons from urbanization risk prevention abroad will contribute to the quick and healthy development of Chinese urbanization.The main experience and lessons of urbanization risk prevention abroad include：Both the foundation role of market mechanism and the leading role of government regulation cannot be ignored;the urbanization development must adapt to the economic development;agricultural development and rural development are the basic precondition for quick and healthy urbanization development;urban sickness must be eliminated as soon as possible,otherwise,there will be no end of trouble in the future.
