摘 要: 采用w(Pd)=5% 的PdC为催化剂,V(水) V(乙醇) =1∶1 的混合液为溶剂,对6氯9苄基9H嘌呤、6氯9四氢吡喃2基9H嘌呤和6氯2氨基9苄基9H嘌呤等氯代嘌呤衍生物的加氢脱氯反应进行了研究,在反应温度为室温,H2 压力为303kPa,催化剂用量为反应物质量的15% ,反应时间3h 的较佳工艺条件下,产品收率大于90% 。用1 HNMR、13 The hydrogenating dechlorination of 6 chloro 9 benzyl 9H purine,6 chloro 9 tetrahydropuran 2 yl 9H purine and 6 chloro 2 amino 9 benzyl 9H purine was studied using 5% Pd/C as catalyst and V(H\-2O)/V(EtOH)=1∶1 as solvent.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:reaction temperature room temperature,H\-2 pressure 303kPa,amount of catalyst 15%,reaction time 3h.The yields of the products were above 90%.The products were characterized by \+1 H NMR,\+\{13\}C NMR and MS.
