摘　　要： 文章系统总结了广东流动图书馆的发展历程,从运行机制、服务方式、管理模式、财政模式、资源配置等多个方面深入分析其内在体系与特征,客观评价其建设成效,总结其存在问题,探讨可持续发展策略。 This paper systematically summarizes the development process of mobile libraries in Guangdong.The author analyzes its internal system and characteristics from the operating system,service mode,management,financial models,resource allocation and other aspects.Then the author makes objective evaluation of the effectiveness of its construction,sums up the existed problems and tries to discuss sustainable development strategies.
