摘　　要： 在多年来观看国内外大量排球比赛直播及运动实践基础上,基于人体运动形态,归纳并分析了六种扣球方法的优、缺点.以排球扣球图索理,寓理于图.可见,运动员扣球时的直臂程度与击球高度呈正相关、与击打力度呈负相关;手腕与球之间距与击打力度呈正相关、与准确度呈负相关. On the basis of study of large amount of volleyball matches in videos and daily practice,the author analyzies the advantages and disadvantages of six typical volleyball techniques of hitting-at-the-net.The author emphasizes the positive correlation between straight-arm and high spike and the negative correlation between straight-arm and hard spike;the distance between wrist and volleyball has positive correlation with strength and has negative correlation with the accuracy.Spike,a major scoring method,is one of the major skill tactics in volleyball competition.
