摘　　要： 近年来,我国校园生存和发展的环境和条件在不断的发生变化,一些突发事件扰乱了校园内原有正常的教学、科研秩序,同时也威胁到学校广大师生的安全。校园突发事件其复杂性让学校管理者感到难以把握,但这并不意味着校园突发事件就不能够被预防和控制,关键在于要摸清突发事件的本质,掌握其规律,从而为管理者的预防、应对提供有力的科学依据。 In recent years,the campus environment and conditions of living and development change constantly,some unexpected events disrupt the original normal teaching and research order on campus,and at the same time,threaten the safety of the teachers and students.The complexity of unexpected events on campus makes it difficult for school managers to grasp,but it does not mean the unexpected events can not be prevented and controlled.The key is to find out the nature of the unexpected events,master the discipline,so as to provide strong scientific basis for the managers to prevent and respond to.
