稀土/二氧化钛催化剂的制备和光催化消除气体污染物

摘  要: 为了提高TiO2的光催化性能,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺杂稀土元素的RE(RE=La,Ce,Pr,Nd)/TiO2催化剂,并对其进行表征。通过光催化消除甲醇气体为模式反应,研究了催化剂的催化性能。探讨稀土掺杂量、活化温度、甲醇的初始浓度对催化剂活性的影响。实验结果表明:由于稀土元素的掺杂,TiO2由锐钛矿向金红石相的转变温度有所提高,热稳定性增加,光生电子和空穴复合率有所降低,催化性能比纯TiO2明显提高。尤其是Pr元素的掺杂对TiO2催化性能的提高最为明显。当甲醇初始浓度为4.5 g.m-3,流速为10.0 ml.min-1,催化剂用量为0.1 g时,Pr/TiO2光催化消除甲醇的消除率达100%。 The RE(RE=La,Ce,Pr,Nd)/TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared by sol-gel and characterized,in order to improve the photocatalytic performance of TiO2.The photocatalytic elimination of methanol was used as model reaction to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of the catalysts under ultraviolet light irradiation.The effects of doped content,activation temperature and initial concentration of methanol on the catalytic activity were investigated.The results showed that after doping rare earth elements,the phase transition temperature from TiO2 anatase to rutile was increased,which increased thermal stability.The recombination rate of electrons-holes was restrained.The catalytic activities of RE/TiO2 photocatalysts were significantly higher than un-doped TiO2.The Pr doped catalyst showed the highest activity,when the initial concentration of methanol was 4.5 g·m-3 and the flow rate was 10 ml·min-1,and the elimination rate of methanol reached to 100% over the 0.1 g Pr/TiO2 catalyst.
