摘 要: 采用硬度、拉伸力学性能测试和电子显微分析技术,研究了固溶-时效处理对6061铝合金挤压棒材组织与性能的影响。结果表明,6061铝合金挤压态组织除固溶体基体外,还包括亚微米级的Mg2Si平衡相、含Cr相和α-AlFe(Cr)Si夹杂相;固溶过程中,亚微米级的Mg2Si平衡相溶解而含Cr相及α-AlFe(Cr)Si夹杂相仍然保留下来;时效过程中,铝合金表现出明显的时效硬化效应,GP区的形成是合金强化的主要原因。6061铝合金棒材合适的固溶-时效制度为535℃50 min固溶、水淬后180℃6 h时效,在此条件下,合金棒材的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为339N/mm2、309 N/mm2和14.3%。 The effect of solid solution-aging treatments on microstructure and properties of 6061 aluminum alloy extruded rods have been investigated by sclerometer,stretch-property testing instruments and electron microscopy.The results show that the submicron Mg2Si equilibrium phases are found,except solid solution base phases are present in construction of 6061 aluminum alloy extrusion rods.The Cr phase and α-AlFe(Cr)Si phase include in the equilibrium phases.During solid solution process the submicron Mg2Si equilibrium phases melted but the equilibrium phases which includes Cr phase and α-AlFe(Cr)Si phase are remained.During aging process,the aging hardening effects showed out.The forming of GP zone is the main reason of the aluminum alloy strengthening.The optimum solid solution-aging treatment technology are the following processes: solid solution heat treatment at 535℃ with 50 min holding and then quenching with water,subsequently aging at 180℃ with 6h holding.Under this condition the properties of 6061 aluminum alloy extruded rods are the follows: tensile strength is 339 N/mm2,the yield strength is 309 N/mm2,and elongation is 14.3%.
