摘 要: 结合中国石油化工股份有限公司茂名分公司炼油分部的实际情况,提出了以"硫细菌固定床(TFB)"与"厌氧-好氧-好氧(A-O-O)"组合处理炼油碱渣的新型工艺路线。经该工艺路线处理后,出水CODcr去除率可达90%以上,石油类的去除率可达80%以上,挥发酚和硫化物去除率均在99%以上。该技术的成功应用,为炼油厂碱渣废水乃至高浓度有机废水的处理开辟了一条新的途径。 Based on the existing conditions of refinery in Maoming Petrochemical Company, a new processing route of thiobacteria bio-fixed-bed (TFB) and Anaerobic-Oxic-Oxic (A-O-O) Combination Technologies was proposed to treat different kinds of alkaline sludges. After processing with TFB and A-O-O, the removal rate of CODcr was over 90%, the removal rate of oil contaminant exceeded 80%, and the removal rate of sulfide and volatile phenol was higher than 99%. The successful commercial application of this process has provided a new measure for treatment of waste water containing alkaline sludge and high-concentration organic waste water from refineries.
