摘　　要： 卓炯是我国最早提出社会主义商品经济的学者之一,他的经济思想对我国经济理论的发展起到了深远的影响。杨永华在其新著中从历史和逻辑的角度,对卓炯的思想进行了深入的梳理和系统的挖掘,认为商品经济原因的社会分工论是卓炯思想的精华和基础。从不同商品经济思想模式的比较中,杨永华认为卓炯的商品经济思想是最彻底的一派,对于卓炯思想难点问题的进一步认识构成了当前社会主义市场经济的理论前沿。 ZhuoJiong is one of China′s scholars who firstly suggested socialist commodity economy.His economic theory has profound influence on China＇s economics theory development.Yang Yonghua,from the viewpoint of history and logic,explores Zhuo Jiong＇s thoughts in depth and with systemic matter in his new article,and thinks that the essence and base of ZhuoJiong thoughts is the social labor division of commodity economy.By contrast of different economic thought pattern of commodity economy,Yang holds the point that Zhuo Jiong held the most profoand thought on lommodity economyand the further understanding on the difficult part of ZhuoJiong＇s thought constitutes the theoretical frontiers of current socialist market economy.
