摘　　要： 深化实验教学改革,培养学生的创新精神与实践能力,是高等学校提高教学质量的关键。针对植物化学保护学实验课程的特点和实验教学中存在的问题,对植物化学保护学实验室管理体制与运行机制、实验课程体系、实验教学方法与手段和实验教学考核方法4个方面进行改革。实践证明,通过改革可有效地提高学生操作能力、实践能力、创新能力和综合素质。 It is key of improving the teaching quality in university to deepen the reform of experimental teaching,cultivate the students＇ creativity and practical abilities. According to the course characteristics of plant chemical protection experiment and some problems in the experimental teaching, the management system and operational mechanism of the plant chemical production laboratory, curriculum system, teaching method and means, and teaching evaluation tools of plant chemical protection experimental course were reformed. It is proved that the teaching innovation of plant chemical protection experiment has effectively improved students＇operation ,practice and creation ability ,and the overall quality.
