摘　　要： 分析了极高山旅游资源的特征与极高山旅游安全保障存在的问题,提出了极高山旅游安全保障体系,该体系由旅游安全政策法规、旅游安全预警、旅游安全控制、旅游安全救援和旅游保险5个子系统构成,同时,指出了每个子系统的组成要素. Characteristics of higher mountains and the recent situation of mountain tourism safety were analyzed.In light of the recent problems of higher mountain tourism safety assurance,a system of higher mountains＇ tourism assurance was proposed,which consists of five subsystems,namely are tourism safety policy and regulation,tourism safety early-warning,tourism safety control,tourism safety rescue and tourism insurance,and every subsystem＇s sub-factors were also explained.
