摘 要: 热休克蛋白(Heat shock proteins,HSPs)作为一类重要的非特异性细胞保护蛋白,在免疫细胞应激耐受和应激保护中发挥着重要作用,其分子伴侣和抗细胞凋亡作用对于维持免疫细胞生存和内环境的稳定具有重要意义.热休克蛋白70(HSP70)和小分子热休克蛋白(Small heat shock proteins,sHSPs)中的HSP27是HSPs家族中的重要成员,也是近年来被广泛关注的研究对象,已经证实在参与调解细胞的增殖、分化和细胞凋亡过程中起到重要的作用.文章就HSP70/HSP27在热应激条件下对免疫细胞的保护作用进行了综述,对该领域中存在的问题进行了回顾,并对其发展前景进行了展望. As an important kind of nonspecific cytoprotective proteins,heat shock proteins(HSPs) play a vital role in the stress tolerance and stress protection of immune cells,acting as molecular chaperones or anti-apoptosis effects in the maintenance of the immune cells survival and the stability of the internal environment.HSP70 and HSP27 of small heat shock proteins(sHPSs),an important member of HSPs,have been proved to have significant effect on mediating the cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis process.In this paper,the protective effect of HSP70/HSP27 on immune cells under the condition of heat stress was reviewed.
