摘　　要： 运用逻辑斯蒂(Logit)模型,采用广州市6区农民工的抽样调研数据,对影响农民工融入城市社会的因素进行了计量分析.结果显示,影响农民工融入城市社会的主要因素包括对目前收入和社会保障是否满意、就业是否受到歧视、身体是否健康、城里有否亲朋好友、邻里关系是否和谐等,其中身体状况和对目前收入是否满意等影响显著.据此提出了相关的对策建议. According to the research data of migrant workers in six regions of Guangzhou city,econometric analysis of the factors affecting migrant workers integration into urban society was made in Logit model.It was shown that the main factors included whether they were satisfied with current income and social security,whether they encountered employment discrimination,and in good health,whether they had relatives or friends in the city and had a harmonious relationship with the neighbourhood,etc.Physical condition and satisfaction with current income played the most imortant role.Suggestions were made accordingly.
