摘　　要： 任务型教学是一种基于行动导向的、以学生为中心、以任务为驱动的教学模式。在高职英语教学中采用任务型教学具有现实意义,同时也对高职英语教师的能力提出了更高的要求。高职英语教师应具有良好的专业能力、行动能力、社会能力、反思性教学及科研能力等。 The task-based teaching is a kind of action-oriented,student-centered,task-driven teaching mode.It is realistic to use the task-based teaching mode in the higher vocational English teaching.And it puts forward higher requests for vocational college English teachers＇ qualities.Higher vocational English teachers should have good professional ability,action ability,social ability,reflective teaching and scientific research ability.
