摘 要: 采用固定床流动反应装置研究了添加不同含量的混合稀土Re的Ni/Al2O3催化剂上甲烷部分氧化制合成气反应性能,用BET、XPS及XRD等手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,添加适量的Re有利于引发反应,增大催化剂的BET表面积,提高催化剂活性;催化剂中的m(Ni)/m(Re)最佳比例为12∶7。 The reaction performances of methane partial oxidation to syngas over Ni-Re/Al2O3 catalysts have been investigated in the micro continuous-flow apparatus.With some of the catalysts the life-time has been tested for 500h.The catalysts have been characterized by BET,XRD and XPS techniques.It is shown the Re additives can elevate the catalyst activities and resist the formation of NiAl2O4.The ratio of m(Ni):m(Re)being in the 12:7 is more suitable.
