摘　　要： 图书馆文化是图书馆核心能力形成的内在机制和基础,是图书馆持续发展的重要组成部分。要构建具有图书馆特色的图书馆文化体系,需要从行为文化着手,包括人本文化、服务文化、学习型文化、知识共享文化、营销文化、团队文化等,以推动图书馆的可持续发展。 Library culture,which is the internal mechanism and base for the formation of library＇s core competence,is an important component of library＇s sustainable development.The construction of Library＇s culture system with library＇s characteristics needs starting from the behavior culture including the human-based culture,service culture,learning culture,knowledge sharing culture,marketing culture,and teamwork culture,etc.for promoting library＇s sustainable development.
