摘 要: 以几种常规酸为催化剂催化果糖脱水制备5-羟甲基糠醛,考察了溶剂种类和用量、催化剂种类和用量、果糖用量、反应时间和反应温度等因素对5-羟甲基糠醛收率的影响。结果表明,在2 g果糖、0.3 g对甲苯磺酸、15 mL正丁醇、反应温度180℃和反应时间5 min的反应条件下,所得产物5-羟甲基糠醛的收率较高,达91.3%;并通过FTIR,1H NMR和13C NMR等分析方法对其结构进行了表征。 5 - Hydroxymethylfurfural was prepared by catalyzing dehydration of fructose with several conventional acids as the catalysts, and the effect of the kind and consumption of solvent, the kind and concentration of catalyst, the concentration of fructose, reaction time and reaction temperature, etc. on the yield of 5 - hydroxymethylfurfural was studied. The results have shown that the yield of 5 -hydroxymethylfurfural product can be as high as 91.3% when 2 g fructose, 0.3 g p - toluenesulfonic acid and 15 mL n - butyl alcohol are used for the preparation at 180℃ for5 rain. Analytical method of FTIR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR were used to characterize the structure of 5 -hydroxymethylfurfural product.
