摘　　要： 熙宁五年十月,日僧成寻一行来到东京,居停数月。其间御药院宦官履行迎伴职责,而由客省、閤门等机构办理其朝见、朝辞等事宜。御药院与客省、閤门等内诸司机构在接待成寻过程中的角色及其办理相关事务之流程,不仅可以清晰地显示其在接待方面的具体职责和业务分工,而且在一定程度上呈现出神宗熙宁时,乃至整个北宋时相关行政的日常秩序。成寻之入宋、御药宦官频频出场、客省等机构之职责及行政效能,表面上看来都有些非同寻常,但若结合制度源流、北宋政治与对外交往之特征等问题加以考察,似乎又都是那么平常。 In October of the 5th Year during the Xining Period, Japanese monk Joujin and his party came to visit Dongjing and stayed there for several months. During his visit there, the eunuchs of the Imperial Pharmacy performed the duties of greeting and accompaniment, while the Guest-Reception Department, the Protocol Department and other institutions were responsible for their royal court meeting and farewell. From the roles respectively played by these departments of imperial affairs in the course of this reception, we can clearly see their specific duties and division of work in royal guest reception, and also to some degree see their everyday administrative routine during the Xining Period under the reign of Emperor Shen, and even during the whole North Song Dynasty. It seemed unusual that the eunuchs of the Imperial Pharmacy appeared frequently, and the Guest-Reception Department performed its duties efficiently when Joujin paid his visit. But actually it was their everyday routine if we observe the case in connection with the origin and development of the system of imperial management, the political situation in North Song Dynasty, and the characteristics of its diplomacy.
