摘 要: 通过文献研究和企业访谈调研,从组织行为的视角建构组织学习5维度测量模型,并提出量表的初始条目。然后通过预测试和正式测试两个阶段的修改和检验,得出了5个测量维度26个条目的量表,5个测量维度分别为学习承诺、开放心智、共享愿景、系统思考、以及分享知识与记忆。本文实证检验的结果表明,所构建的5维度量表具有较好的信度和效度。 This paper tries to construct and design a scale of organizational learning from the perspective of organizational behavior.Through literature review and interviewing some managers of enterprises,a scale of 5 dimensions and 26 initial items is put forward after prediction and formal test.These five dimensions are learning commitment,open mind,shared vision,systematic thinking,sharing of knowledge and memory.This empirical test shows that the scale has good reliability and validity.
