摘　　要： 我国男子篮球项目不仅期望通过职业化提升项目的竞技水平,同时还期望这种竞技体育发展模式能提高项目的社会化、市场化、产业化程度。但当前的多种问题,特别是经济收益分配不合理的矛盾影响了职业化的发展。因此,必须要建立合理并符合实际的经济收益分配机制,分享合作所带来的收益,才能确保职业化的顺利进行。本文从利益相关者理论的视角出发,以我国男篮职业化为经济学意义上的供应链,并分析当前该供应链中的收益分配机制。目的在于寻求合理的我国男篮职业化经济收益分配机制,强化职业化发展的经济保障。 Chinese basketball not only expect improve project competitive level through professionalization,but expect to improve project socialization,marketization,industrialization level.But the current various problems,especially economic income distribution unreasonable contradiction hindered the development of professionalization.Therefore,in the professionalization process a reasonable income distribution mechanism must be established to ensure that the benefits of a professional smoothly.According to the stakeholder theory,with our country＇s soccer,basketball project career into the supply chain,this paper analyzes the current supply chain of income distribution mechanism.And with reference to the international experience,this paper seek enlightenment to prompte sustainable development of competitive sport＇s professionalism progress in China.
