摘 要: 在运动减肥实践中发现,运动对减少腹部脂肪的作用明显大于对臀部和大腿部的效果,导致腰围下降容易而臀围、腿围下降相对较难。采用运动结合推拿的方法,有效降低肥胖青少年臀部和大腿部脂肪堆积的同时,提高其脂肪的动用速率。结果显示:推拿引起肥胖青少年血清TG含量上升,运动后TG含量下降。运动结合推拿4周能有效改善肥胖青少年的身体形态,提高运动减肥的效果。 The practice of exercise-induced weight loss reveals that the reduction of abdominal fat is significantly greater than that of the hips and thighs, therefore the reduction of waistline is easier than that of hip circumference. The present research used the massage method on hips and thighs in the process of exercises aiming for more fat consumption in hips and thighs while reducing fat accumulation by exercises. The results indicated that the level of serum TG increased after massage, and the TG level decreased after exercises. Exercises combined with massage for four weeks can effectively improve the body shape of the obese adolescents and enhance the effect of exercise-induced weight loss.
