摘　　要： 目的:调查并分析临床用药表面有刻槽片剂的特点,为医院提高合理用药水平、制药企业研发容易分剂量的片剂提供有益参考。方法:调查并记录清远市人民医院药剂科住院部药房摆药室表面有刻槽片剂的外观形状、颜色、刻痕形状及分布、剂型、生产企业等基本信息并分类汇总统计。结果:表面有刻槽的片剂共89种,全部为化学药品。其中处方药87种,非处方药2种;进口品种、三资企业生产的品种分别为38、36种,国产品种为15种。从制剂角度分析,有复方制剂5种、缓释片9种、糖衣片1种、薄膜衣片25种、分散片3种,其余为普通片剂。多数属于循环系统药、激素及其有关物质类、中枢神经系统药、植物神经系统药。抗肿瘤药及治疗窗窄的片剂各有3种,可用其他剂型替代片剂分剂量的品种有10种。结论:国内制药企业未充分认识片剂表面刻槽在调整剂量方面的作用,仅2.25%品种其药品说明书载明了分剂量的信息,有刻槽的片剂较多不适合分剂量,值得临床注意。研发容易分剂量的剂型,取消医院采购品种的限制,加强医生、药师对患者的用药指导可能会降低片剂分剂量的风险,提高合理用药水平。 Objective：To investigate and analyze tablets with dosage grooved for drug use and pharmaceutical enterprises.Method：Record and statistics shape,color and other characters of tablets in in-patient department pharmacy in Qingyuan People＇s Hospital.Results：Eighty-nine chemical tablets were investigated in total with eighty-seven tablets prescribed and seventy-four tablets produced by foreign investment with five compound preparation,nine retard tablets,twenty-five film-coated tablets,three dispersible tablets and one sugar-coated tablet.For drug classification,most of the tablets with dosage grooved belong to circulation system agents,hormone and related substance,nervous system agents and nervous system agents.Besides,three narrow therapeutic window agents and three anti-neoplastic agents were investigated so that should be paid especially attention to for avoiding potential risk.For ten tablets with dosage grooved,there were other substitute dosage forms to split tablets.Conclusion：Domestic pharmaceutical enterprises should pay more attention to tablets with dosage grooved because of only 2.25% package inserts stated splitting tablets information with too many unsuitable split ones.Do more research on easily-split ones,canceling restriction on hospital purchasing and providing necessary education to patients was expected to decrease risk of splitting tablets and increase drug rational use level.
