摘　　要： 类似于实际部门,全要素生产率不但是商业银行绩效增长的源泉,也是影响其核心竞争力的重要因素。随着市场化改革的深入,中国银行全要素生产率得到快速提高,在国有银行中居较前位置,与股份制商业银行比较也具有比较优势。因此,对银行效率的影响而言,产权是必要条件而不是充分条件。 Like the industrial sectors, total factory productivity （TFP）is not only the source of performance increase in a commercial bank but also one of important factors affecting its core competence. As the market reform is continued, TFP in Bank of China has been sharply improved, taking the leading position in national banks and possessing some advantages over some joint-stock commercial banks. Therefore, ownership is just a necessary instead of sufficient condition for the improvement of operation efficiency.
