摘　　要： 邮轮旅游是我国旅游发展的新趋势,研究港口城市邮轮旅游的竞争力,对明确邮轮旅游竞争力的空间布局、洞悉各港口城市邮轮旅游发展的优劣势具有重要意义。在构建港口城市邮轮旅游竞争力综合评价指标体系的基础上,建立了基于熵权-TOPS IS法的城市邮轮旅游竞争力评价模型,并对上海、天津、深圳等全国9大港口城市进行实证分析,深入比较各港口城市之间邮轮旅游的差异。研究结果表明:港口城市邮轮旅游竞争实力悬殊,为避免盲目竞争带来的资源浪费,应考虑城市间邮轮旅游的竞合关系,注意准确定位和错位发展。 The cruise tourism is the new developing trend of tourism.Analyzing the cruise tourism competitiveness of port cities is meaningful to make out the spatial layout of cruise tourism competitiveness and discern the advantages and disadvantages of developing cruise tourism in port cities.On constructing the comprehensive index system,the paper builds an evaluation model of cruise tourism competitiveness based on entropy-TOPSIS,then it analyzes Shanghai,Tianjin,Shenzhen and other 9 port cities empirically and penetrates into the differences among them.The results show that： there is a great disparity in the competiveness of cruise tourism among the port cities.In order to avoid unnecessary waste of resources brought about by blind competition,the co-petition relationship 、accurate positioning and diversified development should be considered.
