狭缝位置对透气砖热机械应力分布的影响

摘  要: 为提高透气砖的使用寿命,对它的热机械应力场进行了模拟分析,以确定狭缝在其截面上的合理位置.首先根据透气砖工作特点和研究目的,在适当简化其结构和边界条件的基础上,建立了它的二维平面应变有限元模型.然后在保持狭缝尺寸一定的前提下(0.20 mm×20mm),研究了其相对位置对透气砖热机械应力场的影响.研究结果表明:1透气砖热机械应力分布不均,高应力区位于狭缝端部及其周围;2狭缝端部与透气砖边缘距离大于5mm时,狭缝径向位置对热应力影响不大,反之应力增加较多;3随着狭缝偏转角度增大,热应力和高应力区域面积迅速增加,狭缝沿径向呈辐射状分布较为合理;4透气砖直径以140mm左右为宜. For extending the life of purging plug,its thermo-mechanical stress fields were simulated to determine the reasonable position of the slits on its section.First,based on the working properties of the purging plug and the purpose of research,its two-dimension plane strain finite element models were built by simplifying the structure and the boundary conditions.Then the influence of the slits' relative position on the thermo-mechanical stress distribution of purging plug was studied by keeping their size as a definite value(0.20 mm×20 mm).The results show: the distribution of the thermo-mechanical stress of purging plug is not uniform,the areas of higher stress are located in the ends of the slits and their neighborhood;the influence of the slits on the thermal stress is not obvious if the distance between their ends and the purging plug's brim is not exceeding 5 mm,and contrariwise,the stress increases obviously;with the augment of the slits' deflecting angle,the thermal stress and the higher stress area increase speedy,so it is reasonable if the slits distribute in radiate direction;it is also reasonable if the diameter of the purging plug is about 140 mm.
