摘　　要： 春、夏雨水季节,在中山市横栏镇等地花本场发现春羽(Philodendron selloum)小苗叶片发生软腐症状,株发病率达70%～80%,损失严重。经分离培养、致病性测定、形态学观察、生理生化测定以及16S rDNA序列分析,将该病的病原菌鉴定为菊欧氏杆菌(Erwinia chrysanthemi),此病在国内首次报道;室内药剂筛选显示硫酸链霉素可作为有效防治农药。 During the spring and summer rainy seasons,A kind of soft rot symptom was found on the leaves of Philodendron selloum planted in Henlan Town,Zhongshan City.The disease incidence touched 70%～80%,which caused huge damages to the farmers.According to the cultural characters,pathogenicity tests,individual morphology,physiological and biochemical reactions,and 16S rDNA sequence analysis,the causal organism was identified as Erwinia chrysanthemi.It was the first report that the disease occurred in China.Through bactericides screening,streptomycin sulfate was recommended to control the disease in farmland.
