摘 要: 以典型的阳生植物长春花和阴生植物绿萝为材料,分别进行室内遮荫和自然光照处理,比较测定其生长状况和多种生理指标,以探讨阳生植物对遮荫、阴生植物对光照的生理响应。研究结果表明:长春花遮荫后叶绿素含量提高,节间伸长,光补偿点和光饱和点降低,但由于光照不足导致光合产物亏缺、可溶性糖和淀粉含量降低,引起了植物谢花和落叶;而绿萝在自然光照下节间变短,叶片失绿,光补偿点、光饱和点和光合速率升高,并导致可溶性糖和淀粉含量升高,枝条数增加。阴生植物绿萝抗氧化酶(超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶)活性在光照下升高,以抵抗强光对阴生植物的伤害。 Growth and physiological responses to lighting and shading were comparatively studied in two ornamental plants: a sun plant,Catharanthus roseus,and a shade plant,Epipremnum aureum.Catharanthus roseus showed increased chlorophyll content and internode length and decreased light compensation point and light saturation point after it was moved from natural light to shading condition.The absence of light resulted in photosynthetic product deficit,such as reduction of starch and soluble sugars,and a final abscission of flowers and defoliation.By contrast,Epipremnum aureum exhibited a shorten internode length,leaf chlorosis,and increases of light compensation point,light saturation point and photosynthetic rate after it was moved from shading condition to natural light.Lighting increased contents of starch and soluble sugars as well as branch numbers in Epipremnum aureum.Its activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase also increased in response to lighting,which could play a protection role against high light-induced photooxidative damages.
