摘　　要： 技能竞赛作为促进高职院校人才培养质量提升的方法和途径,对推动高职教育教学改革具有重要意义。顺德职业技术学院围绕专业技能竞赛,在教学体系构建、专业技能与综合素质结合、管理机制保障等方面进行了创新与实践,并从中总结出专业技能竞赛对于全面促进高职人才培养工作的良好成效和重要作用。 Skills competition as a method of talents training plays an important role in advanced vocational education and is significant to the teaching reform.The essay,setting an example in Shunde Polytechnic,has explored into the innovation and practical work throughout the students＇ skills competition from the competition basis,organizational security and the harvest of competition.
