凹凸棒石黏土对产气荚膜梭菌攻毒肉鸡抗氧化功能及血清一氧化氮含量和一氧化氮合酶活性的影响

摘  要: 本试验旨在研究凹凸棒石黏土对产气荚膜梭菌攻毒肉鸡抗氧化和免疫功能的影响。将1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡384只随机分为4组(每组6个重复,每个重复16只鸡),分别为对照组和3个产气荚膜梭菌攻毒组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,3个攻毒组分别饲喂基础饲粮(感染组)及在基础饲粮中添加40 mg/kg杆菌肽锌(抗生素组)和2%凹凸棒石黏土(凹土组)的试验饲粮,在第14~16天用A型产气荚膜梭菌对攻毒组肉鸡进行攻毒;于攻毒后的第7天、第11天测定肉鸡血清和肠道黏膜丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及血清一氧化氮(NO)含量、总一氧化氮合酶(TNOS)和诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)活性。结果表明:1)攻毒后7 d,感染组肉鸡血清MDA含量升高(P〈0.01),饲粮中添加抗生素和凹土均使血清MDA含量下降(P〈0.05);攻毒后11 d,感染组肉鸡血清SOD活性有所下降(P〉0.05),饲粮中添加抗生素和凹土均使血清SOD活性有所升高(P〉0.05)。2)攻毒后7 d,感染组肉鸡肠道黏膜SOD活性有所下降(P〉0.05),饲粮中添加抗生素和凹土使肠道黏膜SOD活性分别提高了16.31%(P〉0.05)和25.68%(P〈0.05);攻毒后11 d,感染组肉鸡肠道黏膜MDA含量升高(P〈0.05),饲粮中添加抗生素和凹土均使肠道黏膜MDA含量有所下降(P〉0.05)。3)攻毒后7 d,感染组肉鸡血清NO含量升高(P〈0.05),饲粮中添加抗生素和凹土均使血清NO含量有所下降(P〉0.05)。攻毒后7 d,感染组肉鸡血清TNOS和iNOS活性升高(P〈0.01),抗生素组血清TNOS活性降低(P〈0.05),凹土组有降低的趋势(P〉0.05);攻毒后11 d,感染组肉鸡血清TNOS和iNOS活性有一定的升高(P〉0.05),饲粮中添加凹土则使血清TNOS和iNOS活性均降低(P〈0.05)。可见,产气荚膜梭菌对肉鸡攻毒后,机体的抗氧化和免疫功能下降,饲粮中添加适量凹土可在一定� This experiment was conducted to study the effects of palygorskite on antioxidant and immune functions of broilers infected with Clostridium perfringens(Cp).Three hundred and eighty-four 1-day-old AA broilers were randomly allocated to the control group and three test groups infected by Cp,and six replicates per group and sixteen broilers per replicate.Broilers in the control group were fed the basal diet,and those infected by Cp were fed the basal diet(infection group),and the basal diet supplemented with 40 mg/kg bacitracin zinc(antibiotic group) and 2% palygorskite(palygprskite group),respectively.The broilers of the test groups were challenged with Cp type A at 14 to 16 d.The malondialdehyde(MDA) content and superoxide dimutase(SOD) activity in serum and intestinal mucosa,the content of serum nitric oxide(NO),and the activities of total nitric oxide synthase(TNOS) and inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) in serum were determined at 7 and 11 d post-infection.The results showed that serum MDA content of broilers in infection group was increased at 7 d post-infection(P0.01),which was reduced by the supplementation of antibiotic or palygorskite in the diet(P0.05);the serum SOD activity of broilers in infection group was decreased in some degree at 11 d post-infection(P0.05),which was enhanced by the supplementation of antibiotic or palygorskite in the diet in some degree(P0.05).The SOD activity in intestinal mucosa of broilers in infection group was decreased at 7 d post-infection in some degree(P0.05),which was increased by 16.31%(P0.05) and 25.68%(P0.05) after the supplementation of antibiotic or palygorskite in the diet,respectively.The MDA content in intestinal mucosa of broilers in infection group was enhanced at 11 d post-infection(P0.05),which was reduced by the supplementation of antibiotic or palygorskite in the diet in some degree(P0.05).The serum NO content of broilers in infection group was increased at 7 d post-infection(P0.05
