摘　　要： 在阐述了数字图书馆中图片图像信息保存的重要性后,重点就如何建设图片图像资源库以及相应的技术难点进行了分析和研究,通过分析研究给出了建设图片图像资源库的相关步骤和规程,实践表明该研究对目前数字图书馆的建设有着积极的指导作用。 It is very important to keep the pictures and images in the digital library.This thesis analyzed how to built the pictures and images resource bank,and pointed out the procedure and rules.This has the positive function to the construction of the digital library.
