摘 要: 采用光-Fenton高级氧化技术对模拟电镀有机物废水进行氧化处理。通过试验比较单独UV、单独Fenton试剂与光-Fenton体系对废水处理的影响及动力学研究,并对光-Fenton反应的最佳条件进行了探索。结果表明,紫外光与Fenton试剂存在协同效应,紫外光的引入能提高Fenton试剂处理有机物的效率;随着反应时间的延长,废水COD去除率增大,在反应时间为6 min,H2O2加入量为理论投加量Q,Fe2+与H2O2摩尔配比为1:10时,COD去除率达到94%以上,且反应在pH在2~7之间具有较宽的应用范围。 UV-Fenton reagent was used to treat the organic pollutants in electroplating waste water.The UV process,Fenton process and UV-Fenton process were compared,and the effect of operating parameters of UV-Fenton reaction,such as pH,amount of Fenton's reagent(H2O2 and FeSO4),and reaction time were deter-mined.The best operating conditions were determined as that the amount of H202 at the equivalent of COD,the Fenton reagents proportion(Fe2+ : H202)about 1/10(molecule ratio),and 6 min for reaction time.The COD removal rate was as high as 94.6%,and the pH of waste water was between 2-7 under this condition.The results indicate that the treatment of electroplating organic pollutants by UV-Fenton reagent is efficient.
