摘 要: 在土培条件下,研究了不同硼利用效率甘蓝型油菜钙的吸收、分配和钙硼比值。结果表明,不同甘蓝型油菜品种在钙含量、累积量、繁殖器官中的分配及钙硼比值有差异:蕾期时高效品种钙含量小于低效品种,角果期则相反。在钙累积量上则为高效品种大于低效品种。高效品种钙在繁殖器官的分配大于低效品种,硼促进钙向繁殖器官的运输且对高效品种的促进作用大。硼不足时钙硼比值为高效品种小于低效品种,随着硼水平的提高,钙硼比值明显下降。 This study was aimed at comparing the calcium uptake, distribution and translocation in rape ( Brassica napus L.) cultivars with different boron use efficiencies. The results showed that there were differences in calcium content, calcium accumulation, calcium distribution in reproductive organs and ratios of calcium/boron in rape cultivars. The contents of calcium in cultivars with high boron use efficiencies were lower than those of cultivars with low boron use efficiencies in budding stage and conversely in podding stage. Calcium content was negatively correlated with boron content under low boron condition. Nevertheless, cultivars with high boron use efficiencies were stronger on calcium uptake. More calcium were distributed in the reproductive organs of cultivars with high boron use efficiencies than those of cultivar with low boron use efficiencies , and boron supply increased calcium accumulation. For the ratios of calcium to boron, cultivars with high boron use efficiencies were smaller than cultivars with low boron use efficiencies under the condition of boron deficiency. With the increase of boron level ,the ratios of calcium to boron decreased drastically.
