摘　　要： 本文构建了一个"产业特性—交易费用—经济绩效"的理论逻辑以分析农业经济增长问题,并利用1958～2008年中国农业面板数据实证检验了本文所提出的理论假说:专用性越弱,风险越低,规模越小,交易费用就越低,从而经济绩效就越高。因此,交易费用在真实世界的经济增长中起决定性作用,产业特性的转变引起交易费用的差异从而导致相同的经济行为在不同的交易费用约束条件下产生不同的经济绩效。总之,产业特性是影响中国农业经济绩效提高的关键变量。 This paper constructs an industrial characteristic-transactional cost-institutional performance theoretic paradigm to analyze the problem of agricultural economic growth.What＇s more it employs the historical panel data of tenure institutional changes in China from 1958 to 2008 and conducts the empirical test upon its theoretical hypothesis.The empirical outcomes show that the less of the specialty,risk,scale and transactional costs are,the less economic performance will be.In addition,the transaction costs play a key role in economic growth in the real world.The difference of industrial characteristic gives birth to different transaction costs.Under different transaction cost,the same economic behavior creates different economic performances.In a word,the industrial characteristic is the key variable in China＇s economic performance.
