摘 要: 利用外源GA3、ABA处理杂交稻种子与亲本材料,结果表明,相同浓度的外源植物生长物质对种子与穗上发芽作用效果有异,GA3 110 mg/L对种子萌发有显著影响,穗上芽发生有显著差异的GA3浓度V20B为80 mg/L,金23B为110 mg/L,110 mg/LABA能明显抑制种子萌发,ABA浓度越高对V20B穗上芽发生的抑制效果越明显,ABA浓度为70 mg/L时,对金23B的抑制效果显著,表明穗上发芽比种子发芽过程机理要更复杂。 The treatment with exogenous GA3,ABA on seed and parents hybride rice,the results showed the difference on the same exogenous plant growth substances treatment.The content of 110 mg/L,GA3 can promote seed germinating significantly,and ABA restrained them significantly,however,preharvest sprouting formation was promoted dramatically on V20B parent rice which need the content of 80 mg/L GA3 and Jin 23B which need the content of 110 mg/L,then it was inhibited remarkably on V20B which need the higher content and Jin23B which need the content of 70 mg/L.It was more complex on mechanism of preharvest sprouting in parent hybrid rice than seed germinating.
