摘　　要： 学校的团队管理是学校管理的重要内容,团队队伍的素质决定着教师队伍的素质和学校的办学水平。适宜的团队规模,既有利于团队沟通、避免负面冲突,又能促进有效合作、提高团队效率,是完成中小学的教学和日常管理任务的基本保证。本文旨在探讨在中小学的团队管理中究竟是否存在着一个理想的团队规模。 The school team management is an important content of school management,the quality team depends on teachers＇ quality and levels of running a school.Appropriate team size is not only beneficial to team communication,avoid negative conflict and promoting effective cooperation,enhance the group of primary and secondary is completing the efficiency of teaching and daily management tasks basic guarantee.This article aims to explore in primary and secondary schools,team management in whether there exists a ideal team size.
