黑液气化应用研究现状和期待解决的问题

摘  要: 从前期的低温气化和以空气作为氧化剂的常压高温气化,已经发展到最近以氧气为氧化剂的加压气化。研究发现,低温气化工艺复杂,热效率较低;以空气为氧化剂的常压高温气化得到的燃气的热值低,且含有约50%的N2,只适应于联合发电;以氧气为氧化剂的常压或加压高温气化获得的燃气热值高,主要成分是CO和H2,不含有N2成分,适应于联合合成乙醇和二甲醚,也适应于联合发电,且发电效率较高。但是,在以氧气为氧化剂的高温气化工艺中,气化炉还需要进行结构优化,气化炉的严重腐蚀和黑液流体输送困难等问题需要以后研究解决。总之,黑液气化技术还不能满足工业化生产要求,黑液气化在制浆造纸行业的推广应用还需要假以时日。 After the low-temperature gasification and the high-temperature gasification with air as oxidant in atmosphere in the early days, black liquor gasification has recently developed to the high-temperature gasification with oxygen in middle pressure or atmosperic. Those researches discovered that the low-temperature gasification process is complex, and in low thermal efficiency, the high-temprature gasification with air as oxidant having a lower heat value and the prodeced gas containing 50% of nitrogen, which is only suitable for co-generation; atmospheric or middle pressure high-temperature gasification with oxygen as a oxidant has a higher heat value and the produced gas containing no nitrogen, which is suitable for synthesizing ethanol and dimethyl ether, also for co-generation with higher efficiency. But in the proccess of high-temperature gasification with oxygen, the structure of gasifiers needs to be optimized, and the problems of serious corrosion and difficult in feeding need to be resolved in later researches. In short, the current black liquor gasification technology have not met the requirements of industrial production, it will take time for black liquor gasification to be applied in pulp and paper industry.
