摘　　要： 在人际交往中的冲突性话语是一种不礼貌的社交现象,存在重要的语用理据。基于访谈辩论节目等语料分析,本文从面子威胁程度界定冲突的本质,并将其划分为两类:缓和性冲突与加剧性冲突,后者包括正面性冲突加剧和负面性冲突加剧;然后重点探讨动态交际过程中会话的冲突管理与说话人的身份属性显现或构建,以期弥补传统礼貌理论研究的缺陷,揭示复杂的人际交往过程。 As an impolite phenomenon,conflict speech is pragmatically rooted in interpersonal interaction.On the basis of the data collected from public affairs talk shows,the paper divides verbal conflict into mitigated and intensified ones in terms of degree of face threatening,the latter of which includes positive aggravation and negative aggravation;then it explores the correlation between conflict management and identity construction.The findings of the present study can enrich our understanding of politeness theory and provide evidences about the complexity of interpersonal interaction.
