糯米糍荔枝裂果与内源激素变化的关系
Relationship between Fruit Cracking and Endogenous Hormones in ‘Nuomici’ Litchi Variety

摘  要: 以易裂荔枝品种糯米糍为材料,研究了果实发育前期( 即果皮发育期) 裂果与正常果、裂果多与裂果少的植株果实内源激素变化,结果表明,在果实发育前期果皮中的细胞分裂素(CTK) 、生长素(IAA) 含量较高,说明果实发育前期果皮主要以细胞分裂、加厚生长为主。比较裂果多与裂果少植株上的正常果实,裂果多的树生长促进类物质(IAA+ GAS+ CTK) 含量较高,果肉尤为如此。初步认为,裂果与内源激素变化密切相关。还讨论了内源激素比例与裂果的关系。 A crack susceptible litchi cultivar ‘Nuomici’ was used as the experiment material to study the physiology of fruit cracking, which was the serious problem in the present litchi indusby. Through analysis on the fluctuation of endogenous hormones at the early stage of fruit development (fruit skin development), it was found that the level of cytokinin (CTK) and Indoacetic Acid (IAA) at the stage of skin development was relatively higher in the cracked fruit than that in the normal fruit, and in tree with more cracked fruit than the less cracked tree. Cell division and skin thickness increase at the early stage of fruit development affected directly the state of skin development and growth and was an important factor in decreasing the extent of fruit cracking. The investigation also indicated that the growth promoting substances (IAA+GA S+CTK) in peel and pulp was obviously higher in cracked fruit than that in the normal fruit, especially, in the pulp (aril). The above results suggested that the fruit cracking in ‘Nuomici’ was closely related to the changes of endogenous hormones. The relationship between the balance of endogenous hormones and the occurring of fruit cracking in Litchi was also discussed.
