摘 要: 基于普通图像的二维温度场是燃烧室内高度方向温度变化的叠加。为了准确计算某一截面的温度场,作者以化简的辐射传递方程为物理模型,根据CCD系统的光电转化特性对图像信号进行处理,给出了测量时的探头布置方案并简要介绍了数值模拟的结果,为利用辐射图像进行燃烧监测和计算三维温度场提供了理论基础,也为工程化设计提供了依据。图5 The two dimensional temperature distribution based on the thermal image of flame can not discern the temperature variations along the altitude of combustion chamber. This paper presents a method to measure temperature distribution of the cross section at certain level. The radiative transfer equation is simplified according to radiative properties of coal combustion byproducts. The thermal image grabbed by CCD camera is processed to transform the luminous light signal into the spectral radiative signal. The scheme of detectors installation is also put forward. Finally, the numerical simulation is applied to analyze the feasibility of the method. This paper provided theoretical and technical basis for flame monitor. Figs 5 and refs 13.
