摘　　要： 论文中的引用必须遵循著作权法规定的合理使用的要求。学术期刊编辑在正确把握引用规范的基础上对引用进行仔细研究和分析,可以有效规制抄袭,并根据引文使用的准确性、合理性、有效性等考察文章质量的优劣。期刊编辑在稿件加工过程中应引导作者注重引文的逻辑性及对引文的评述,正确处理转引,避免断章取义的引用。 The quotations in the articles should meet the requirements prescribed by the copyright law. The editors of the academic periodicals carry out a careful study and analysis on the quotations after a complete understanding of the related regulations of copyrights, which can effectively prevent and restrict plagiarism and assess the article according to the accuracy, legitimacy and validity of the quotations. The editors ought to guide the authors to valuate the quotations, pay attention to its Iogicality, deal with ＂quoting from a second source＂ appropriately and avoid ＂quoting out of context＂.
