尼龙6/抗菌蛭石复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘  要: 通过离子交换法对蛭石进行载银和有机化改性,制备出3种抗菌蛭石,进一步采用熔融共混法制备了尼龙6/抗菌蛭石复合材料,测试了复合材料的抗菌性能和物理力学性能,利用TEM和SEM观察了蛭石在尼龙6中的分散情况和拉伸断面.研究结果表明,载银并有机化的蛭石与尼龙6的复合材料对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均具有明显的抑菌圈,对大肠杆菌的抗菌率达到94.0%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率高于99.9%;与纯尼龙6相比,复合材料的拉伸性能和弯曲性能有较大改善,其拉伸模量、拉伸强度、弯曲模量和弯曲强度分别提高了126.8%、17.4%、33.1%和30.3%;热变形温度升高约51℃;动态储能模量提高,而力学损耗下降.蛭石在尼龙6中分散均匀,被剥离为长约200 nm、厚约10 nm的片层,蛭石与尼龙6形成纳米复合材料. The vermiculite was chosen as the carrier of bactericide, and it was modified by being carried withAg or/and intercalated with hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (HDTMA. Br) by ionic exchange, thus three types of antibacterial vermiculite were obtained. The antibacterial vermiculite was mixed with PA6 through melting to prepare the PA6/vermiculits composites. The antibacterial ability and physical mechanical properties of the composites were tested, and vermiculite ' s dispersion in PA6 and tensile fracture were observed by TEM and SEM. The composite containing Ag-loaded and organo-intercalated vermiculite have obvious bacteriostatic ring, and its antimicrobial ratio to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus cereus is respectively 94% and more than 99.9%. The tensile and flexural properties of PA6 were improved, in comparison with the pure PA6, the elastic modulus, tensile strength, flexural modulus and flexural strength of the composite increased by 126.8% , 17.4% , 33. 1% and 30. 3% , respectively. The thermal distortion temperature rose about 51 K. The dynamic storage modulus was increased largely, mechanical loss was lowered. TEM photographs showed that the vermiculite dispersed evenly in PA6 matrix and was exfoliated to about 200 nm in length and about 10 nm in width,so the nanocomposites had formed between vermiculite and PA6.
