摘 要: 以玉米淀粉和2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(ETA)为原料,氢氧化钠为催化剂,采用干法合成了高取代度阳离子淀粉(CS),并考察了其驱油性能。结果表明,当m(NaOH)/m(淀粉)=0.02,n(ETA)/n(淀粉)=0.33时,55℃下搅拌1 h,真空干燥4 h,阳离子淀粉的取代度及反应的转化率可分别达到30%和90%。室内模拟驱油实验中,矿化度为40g/L时5,g/L CS溶液能够提高原油采收率4.7%;10 g/L CS溶液驱替过程中有两次明显升压过程,最高压力可分别达0.044和0.041 MPa,并且原油的采收率可提高34.4%。驱油效果明显优于3 g/L部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)溶液。实验用CS溶液的浓度大于PHPA溶液的浓度,但前者的总成本远低于后者,并且不会对环境造成污染。 The cationic starch(CS) with high degree of substitution,of which the oil-displacement capacity was investigated,was synthesized with the dry method through the reaction of maize starch with 2,3-epoxypropyl trimethyl ammonium(ETA) chloride,catalyzed by sodium hydroxide.It was indicated that when m(NaOH)∶m(starch)=0.02 and n(ETA)∶n(starch)=0.33,the degree of substitution of CS and the conversion rate of the reaction were respectively 30%and 90% after the reactants were heated at 55 ℃ for one hour and dried in a vacuum for four hours.In the stimulation experiment of oil displacement with the salinity of 40 g/L,5 g/L CS solution could improve the oil recovery by 24.1% and 10 g/L CS by 36.7% with the occurrence of two maximums of pressure,0.044 MPa and 0.041 MPa.The oil-displacement capacity of CS solutions was stronger than that of 3 g/L partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM) solution.Though the concentrations of CS solutions were greater than that of HPAM solution,the cost of the former was less than that of the latter and CS solution would not pollute the environment.
