摘 要: 以微生物生化反应电子流平衡为基础, 推导了有机垃圾厌氧消化过程液化、酸性发酵、碱性发酵三个阶段的生化反应计量方程式, 并结合有机垃圾的厌氧堆肥( 沼气发酵) 。 The stoichiometric equations of anaerobic treatment processes (liquidization of solid wastes, acetogenic digesters, methanogenic digesters) of organic solid wastes are developed by considering the nitrogenous organic matters (C a H b O c N d ), carbohydrates (C a1 H b1 O c1 ) and organic acids (C a2 H b2 O - c2 ) as electron donors on the basis of one_mole of electron flow and the fraction ( f s ) of electron donors coupled to cell (C α H β O ε N δ ) synthesis. It is discovered that ammonium and alkalinity are necessary for all the three anaerobic processes of organic solid wastes. The practical anaerobic composting and landfill of solid wastes are jointly discussed with the stoichiometric equations.
