摘 要: 针对高分子湿敏器件在不同的相对湿度下其湿度温度系数不同的问题, 提出了一种基于插值法任意温度下高分子湿敏传感特性的计算原理, 给出在智能化仪器中实际应用的具体方法. 该方法巧秒地把一个三维的问题转化成二维问题,并加以合理地应用插值数学方法, Because humidity_temperature coefficient of polymer humidity sensor component is different in various humidity, this paper presents calculation method based on interpolating of sensing characteristic for polymer humidity sensor at any temperature, and presents the approach of practical application at intelligent apparatus in detail. This method dexterously inverts the three_dimension problem into two dimension and properly uses interpolating method. It also can be applied in the other sensor that has same problem.
